We only collect what we need to answer your inquiry and manufacture your gears: your name, email address, company name, phone number, country, the technical requirements you describe, and any drawing files you attach (PDF, CAD or zip files).
Like most websites, our hosting server automatically records technical log data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, the pages you visit and the date and time of your visit. We also use the cookies described below.
We use your inquiry data exclusively to respond to your request, prepare quotations, communicate about your project, and, with your agreement, to follow up on potential orders. Under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR this processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract; where we retain contact data for legitimate business follow-up, the basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to potential B2B customers).

Google Analytics 4: by default, analytics cookies are blocked until you give consent.
