Frequently asked questions.
What is the minimum order quantity?+
From 1 piece for prototypes. We support prototyping, small batches, and OEM volume production. Lead time varies by quantity and process complexity.
Can you work from a physical sample instead of drawings?+
Yes. If drawings are unavailable, send us a sample and we will reverse-engineer it, provide drawings for confirmation, then proceed to manufacturing.
Do you provide inspection reports?+
Yes. On request we provide gear inspection reports, dimensional reports, material certificates, and heat treatment records.
What materials and heat treatments do you support?+
Common materials include 45 steel, 40Cr, 20CrMnTi, 42CrMo, and stainless steel. Heat treatments include quenching & tempering, carburizing, induction hardening, and nitriding per drawing requirements.
What information do you need for a quote?+
Drawings (PDF/DWG/STEP), material spec, quantity, tolerance grade, heat treatment requirements, and target delivery date. The more detail, the more accurate the quote.
Can you issue VAT invoices?+
Yes. We are a general taxpayer and can issue 13% VAT special invoices.
